This is where we will really understand the opportunity, not just the property. Pricing, location, condition, market context and the details that can be easy to miss.
Evaluate
When the right property comes along, we will coordinate the proper approach with timing, seller requirements, leverage and protection from the start.
Strategize
Once in contract, my job is to keep you on pace with the requirements and needs of the transaction while keeping you comfortable with all moving parts so no decisions are made under pressure or without complete and accurate information.
Navigate
My job doesn't end at getting an offer accepted. I'll anticipate issues, ask the questions that need asking and make sure you understand what you're agreeing to at every stage.
